1. SMS Program Description
By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from The Opal Group / Notarizr regarding:
- Available local notary jobs and assignments
- New job opportunities in your selected service area
- Job availability and assignment updates
- Appointment or scheduling information
- Status updates regarding jobs you have accepted
- Important account, registration, or verification communications
- Occasional operational or service-related notifications
Messages may be sent using automated messaging technology.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing a registration or application form that clearly states that you are consenting to receive text messages.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you subsequently opt in again.
