Wow!!! I have to say this service was phenomenal in the midst of a potential horror!! I had misread some directions, and needed a notary for a document that was... read more literally 60 miles away! And I needed it done in an hour!! When I called he was confident he would complete the task, took the information, sent me an invoice, updated me on his journey, and arrived before the office staff had to leave. In addition, we discovered he had to type up an affadavit and then notarize the items. Whew!! Truly thanking God for Ike's persistence and professionalism. Apparently, the old adage is true...you get what you pay for. My employer found The Opal Group via Yelp to perform remote Notary service. They were initially concerned because it... read more was double the price of two others in my area that they found. Well, the first two they went with BOTH ghosted and cancelled on them. They finally folded, paid for Opal group and it made all the difference. He came on time and prepared, with his "A" game on point and made sure I was clear on EXACTLY what was require on the form and walked me through it. Communicative and made sure I had all fields on the documents accounted for. He was already familiar with the standard FBI fingerprint doc so he walked ME through it. Great customer service!! The Opal Group may have cost a bit more...but I understand why. Communication was really clear and the work...thorough. A small business, but hella professional. And friendly energy to deal with, which is like dealing with a saint here in NYC. Confirmed everything via Google docs within the hour that it took for them to drive from where they were to my location in Queens. Just seamless and stressless. Noted them myself for future notary services I may personally need. Highly recommended!
