Not on the list? Call 1-877-618-OPAL. If it can be notarized in [State], we can likely help.

How booking works

  1. Tell us what you're signing

Book online or call. Let us know the document, how many people are signing and where you are.

  2. Get a confirmed time and one price

We text you the appointment and an all-in total before we head your way. No surprises at the door.

  3. We meet, check ID and notarize

Each signer shows a valid photo ID and signs in front of us. Most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes.

Before we arrive

  • Leave the documents unsigned
  • A current photo ID for every signer
  • Every signer present, alert and willing
  • All pages, plus any witnesses your document requires

Not sure your document is ready? Check with whoever gave it to you, such as your lender, attorney or the agency, before we meet.

Clear prices, quoted before we drive out

What clients say after the signing

My dad needed to sign a power of attorney before surgery the next morning. She was at the hospital in under two hours, checked with his nurse first, and was so patient with him. I can't thank her enough.
Danielle R.
Power of attorney, signed at the hospital
Refinance signing, at home
The lender's notary cancelled the night before our refinance. We booked at 9pm, signed at our kitchen table at 8am, and the documents were back with the title company by noon.
Marcus and Jen T.
Vehicle title, at the office
I sold my car to an out-of-state buyer and needed the title notarized fast. I got a clear price by text, he met me in my office parking lot right on time, and we were done in ten minutes.
Alan P.
Advance directive, at assisted living
My mom can't easily leave her assisted living community. They coordinated with the front desk, explained each step to her and never once rushed her.
Priya S.
Travel consent, on a Saturday
Two days before my daughter's school trip abroad, we realized her consent letter had to be notarized. Saturday morning appointment at our house, easy and friendly.

Questions before you book

What ID does each signer need?

A current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport. If a signer has no ID, ask us whether [State] allows credible witnesses instead.

Should I sign before you arrive?

No. Most documents have to be signed in front of the notary, so leave every signature line blank until we're there.

Can you tell me which form I need?

We can't give legal advice or choose documents for you. Your attorney, lender or the agency asking for the document can. Once it's ready, we'll notarize it.

Can you come to a hospital or care facility?

Yes. The signer needs to be alert, able to communicate and willing to sign. We check in with staff and take the time your family needs.

How soon can you get here?

Same-day appointments are often available, especially if you book before [2pm]. For anything urgent, call so we can check the schedule while you're on the line.
